About Me

I am a dedicated mindset coach with a deep commitment to personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. With extensive experience in both corporate and educational environments, I’ve honed a unique perspective on leadership, team dynamics, and individual development. My professional journey is backed by an MBA in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Communications, alongside a passion for lifelong learning and personal transformation.

As a mother to a teen daughter and two rescue pups, I bring a grounded, empathetic approach to coaching, understanding the importance of balance, resilience, and compassion in both personal and professional life. I am also a Licensed Substitute Teacher, a CASA Advocate with CASA of Sedgwick County, and an active Governance Council Member at The 316 Church, where I bring my leadership and advocacy skills to serve my community.

Having spent years in the pursuit of self-development, I draw from my diverse experiences as a student of life, mentor, and coach to inspire and guide others. Through journaling, self-reflection, and learning from peers across all walks of life, I have cultivated a broad and insightful perspective on personal and professional growth.

With a deep trust in the growth process and a belief that every lesson has purpose, I am passionate about helping individuals and teams unlock their fullest potential. Whether through practical strategies or transformative mindset shifts, I empower others to create lasting change and thrive in all areas of life.
